Website purpose and business enquiries

This website presents programming and design services for business clients and allows visitors to enquire about working together. Service descriptions and project examples are informational and do not, by themselves, constitute a binding offer.

Submitting the contact form does not place an order or conclude a contract. Scope, pricing, payment, deadlines, revisions, rights to deliverables and maintenance are agreed in a separate proposal or contract with the client. These terms cover use of the website and do not replace that agreement.

Content and intellectual property

Text, design, photographs and other materials are protected by their respective owners’ rights. Displaying content on this website does not grant permission to copy, modify, distribute or commercially use it, except as permitted by law or with the rights holder’s permission.

Client and partner names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
